PN64D8000 is a excellent tv! I suggest that you go to a meeting place and get proper setup info if you require thevery best picture, but even out of the therapy lamp (where the settings are way excessively hot), I thought it looked good. The remote control works easily, connectivity is simple, the menus ar easy to work with…all good. Your stand was difficult to attach to the tv – it took 3 people and a few sweat to get the stand along (don't want to drop this baby…). The speakers aren't as good because Sony it replaced, but I at present run it through a home theater system, so sound isn't an issue.
